SAY NO MORE...I'M READY TO START THE TRAINING CAMP

l ended the Dane strength workout this evening with a pure smile on my face and with tears in my eyes and here's why:

I'm only 22 years old and have horrible lower back problems. Over the last year, it got progressively worse until a few months ago when I actually threw it out just laying in bed. My favorite type of workouts are strength and weights but I've been having to modify them exceptionally. These are all things that just not that long ago, I was able to do comfortably and with heavy weights. So I've been feeling very discouraged during workouts, especially when it comes to my favorites.

BUT. Danes workout today had me near crying happy tears. I was able to do every. Single. Move. Without. Modifying. Something I haven't been able to do in so long.

Today, I got an incredible strength workout in that made me feel strong and powerful, a feeling that has been lacking in the last months.

Who is Coach Dane Robinson Anyway?

A former professional football athlete, Dane is a certified fitness professional through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has held almost every job in the fitness industry from training to regional management.

After spending 10+ years of working his way to the top Outside of training group classes and private clients in Atlanta, Dane impacts HUNDREDS of people in private and group training classes in Atlanta, GA and THOUSANDS of people across the country as a national TV fitness coach for platforms such as Daily Burn, Total Gym TV, My Fitness Pal, and QVC.
